Nicklaus2024-05-25started off well, they were able to schedule James out very quickly, unfortunately after replacing several parts and spending over $1k, the issue is still persisting so it seems those parts weren’t the issue at all John P came out for the follow up visit, he’s been great and worthy of 5 stars, he’s been comprehensive in his testing to be sure we had identified the actual issue this time, I do believe this is a good company however the expenses of first visit and depending on how the actual issue is resolved will determine final rating

Within minutes he debunked all of the parts that were stated to be needed, diagnosed a single UV bulb and had me up and running once again in now time. A+ service and fast and friendly!!
